We are unable to accept returns.

Yes, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the items that we sell.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Vintage and antique, used and repurposed items may not have known origins. When provenance can be proven, it is stated in the product description. Our materials are sourced for recycled and earth friendly when possible.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you place the order.
Do you deliver?
We do offer local white-glove delivery service--if you live in the Twin Cities Metro Area. When available, we will contact you after placing your order to offer you the choice to avoid shipping charges and instead schedule a $35 flat fee delivery.
Can I order a piece based on a Flourishing Atelier collection or previous product?
Yes, we are happy to recreate similar, comparable works custom ordered. However, given the creative, antique and vintage nature of each piece, our pieces are always one-of-a-kind.
After the order is placed, can I make changes to the color or quantity?
No changes can be make to quantity or color after an order is placed.
Can I view product in-person before I purchase?
The Flourishing Atelier doesn't yet have a physical gallery for you to visit. If you have any questions or want to request additional photos, specifications or videos we are more than happy to accommodate. Just Contact Us with your request.
